We are both professional people who work hard and play just as hard. We are Laboratory Technicians who like being busy. We have a small farm in Denmark where we used to produce free range poultry and eggs, then we met the Boerboels and they completely changed our lives.
We have bred dogs since 1975 but we stopped breeding Labradors as we felt that they had changed from being a working dog to a show dog.
When we bought our first Boerboel we only wanted to have one dog, but we fell in love and now we have 18. We aim to keep the Boerboel as a working dog. Most of our dogs live in- and guard the house. The rest guard the property. The puppies are born in the house and stay there until they leave us.
Our aim is to breed healthy working dogs with a good temperament. When the puppies are born they and their mother are examined by our vet. When they are 8 weeks old they are microchipped, have their first vaccination and the vet gives a written report on the pup`s health. The pups are de-wormed regularly. We issue a HD guarantee.
To be absolutely sure of quality, we travelled to South Africa to pick our own dogs. All of our breeding dogs are PennHIP tested and Elbow tested.
